Excitement continues to build at Heritage Crossing as construction progresses across the community and our vision for De Winton’s newest address takes shape.
Work is well underway on a variety of homes from our impressive builder group. Partners Homes is advancing construction on its highly anticipated Bungalow Villas and Row Home Villas, offering spacious and luxurious options for downsizers, empty nesters, and those seeking low-maintenance living without compromise.
At the same time, Crystal Creek Homes, NuVista Homes, and Genesis Builders are making excellent progress on their collection of stunning front-drive single-family homes. Together, these builders are bringing a diverse range of architectural styles and home designs that will help create a vibrant, welcoming streetscape throughout the community.
Infrastructure improvements are also moving ahead. Foothills County’s construction of the new traffic circle on Dunbow Road at the entrance to Heritage Crossing will be a significant long-term benefit for residents, helping improve traffic flow and ease congestion as the area continues to grow.
Behind the scenes, crews are completing important shallow utility work, including electrical and communications infrastructure that will support future homeowners and keep the community connected for years to come.
With so much activity happening on site, Heritage Crossing is quickly transforming from vision to reality. We’re also pleased to report that showhomes remain on track for completion in early 2026, when prospective homeowners will be able to experience firsthand the exceptional quality and craftsmanship our builders are known for.
